On the occasion of the gallery's fifth anniversary, Cristin Tierney is thrilled to present works by Peter Campus and Janet Biggs in its first ever showing at Art Basel Miami Beach.
Open to the public from December 3rd through the 6th, the gallery will be exhibiting in the Survey section of the fair in booth S-10. Peter Campus will create a unique installation of nine single-channel videos from 1971-76, including the iconic work Three Transitions. This will mark the first time this discrete group of works has been shown together.
Janet Biggs will show a selection of recent videos in the fair's designated Film Library. Two of her works-Duet and Vanishing Point-will be screened outdoors in SoundScape Park as part of the fair's nightly Short Film program. Duet will be shown at 8:00 pm on Friday, December 4th, and Vanishing Point will be screened at 8:00 pm on Saturday, December 5th.
